Our client had an idea and ambition of developing a Home Service App. The main challenge was prioritizing consumer satisfaction, which depends mainly on the efficiency of the field workers that directly interact with the customers. We offered a complete solution to meet all the issues by creating a robust, user-friendly, quick, and secure Home Service app, usable on both Android and iOS. Our app offered a wide range of functionalities for the home service employees and the end customers. It also provided complete transparency over work orders with the admin dashboard and quick support for all the categories of home services and repair-related jobs.

VISION OF THE PRODUCT.

What was formerly considered as a luxury, has turned to be an essential requirement today. It includes booking home cleaning services to finding runners for laundry or finding home teachers and nannies for children. The demand for quick solutions and the advancement of the Smartphones coupled with the fast and affordable internet packages, our goal with On-demand home services was to help bridge the difference between offline services and services available online. We geared up to act as intermediaries that provide the required services when required, efficiently, and effectively.

A $600 billion market in the US alone, the on-demand home services sector is proliferating, mainly due to our current lifestyle habits, and is estimated to reach 1.13 trillion by 2026.

TECHNOLOGY

The ongoing home service market is highly fragmented and severely competitive. The only key to survive in such a market is the uniqueness of the product and adding value to the product through innovative solutions.

ADAPTABILITY

According to Forbes, in the coming years, over 75% workforce will constitute millennial who find it easier to use a Smartphone than a plier. To stay ahead of the other competitors and retain customers, we have to deliver innovative designs while focusing on the customer requirements.

CONNECTIVITY

As it is essential to be in constant touch with the clients, it is critical to choose the correct medium. Sending messages, rather than calling the clients frequently keeps the customers informed, without disturbing their routine. App notifications and alerts are preferred instead of calling the customers.

RELIABILITY

A reliable and cost-effective service is the key to success. These days people make decisions according to the online reviews and ratings. Positive reviews by genuine customers go a long way to build trust and a steady client base.
