It was thereby enthusing for us to know of Microsoft’s initiative to encourage women coders and software programmers. Cerebrum with its family of 120+, and a women ratio of 40%, took up the mandate.

Our club’s aim is to inspire, mentor, and share experiences with aspiring female coders and help them achieve their professional goals.

The 2 am culture represents the hard work and diligent attitude of the coders and therefore what culture cerebrum has is of regular posting of brain teasers , games and other fun activities for the night owl coders.

Women coders will conduct a meeting with other coders and host various fun activates and educational lessons for other coders. The meeting will be held every second Saturday of the month.

It represents the junior aspirants who are willing to learn coding skills and explore the technology world. Exchanging information and ideas with the juniors and guiding them throughout the initial learning phase.

Collaboration of Junior Coders and other company coders, who will teach the junior students coding and other aspects and practical part of coding. A group of 2 to 3 students would be provided to a senior coder

International Learning this involves the collaboration/ invitation to the international coders to organise a seminar/ webinar to teach the new innovations to junior as well as senior coders. This will help the company to perform as per the international standards. How can we approach them- LinkedIn is the best place to find international coders.
